Licensed Clinical Psychologist · California
Whether you're navigating a major life change, questioning beliefs that shaped you, working through addiction, or simply feeling stuck — therapy is a space to find your footing again. Together, we'll do that work.
About My Practice
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with a private practice dedicated to supporting adults through some of life's most difficult passages. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — a relational, evidence-based framework that helps you build psychological flexibility, clarify your values, and take meaningful action even in the presence of difficult thoughts and feelings. Real change happens in the presence of genuine connection.
I work with adults who are ready to understand themselves more fully, even when that journey is uncomfortable. Whether we meet outdoors for walk and talk therapy or connect virtually from wherever you are, my goal is the same: to offer you a space that is safe, honest, and genuinely helpful.

About Me
Hi, I'm Rebekah Jazdzewski PhD, a licensed clinical psychologist. I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and grounded in your real life.
I provide individual therapy virtually and through walk-and-talk sessions, offering flexibility and options that meet you where you are. I began incorporating walk-and-talk therapy during my time working in residential treatment and quickly saw how powerful it could be. Moving the body while processing thoughts and emotions often helps people feel more open, regulated, and connected.
My clinical background includes work in inpatient psychiatry, residential treatment for substance use disorders, and outpatient settings. This range has shaped my ability to support clients through both acute challenges and longer-term personal growth. I also bring an understanding of tech culture and high-demand work environments, which helps me work effectively with clients navigating burnout, identity, and balance in fast-paced careers.
I specialize in working with life transitions, religious trauma, addiction, and women's issues. Many of the people I work with are questioning long-held beliefs, redefining their sense of self, or navigating major changes in relationships, careers, or personal values. My approach is thoughtful, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect for your autonomy and lived experience.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, get curious, and move forward with intention whether that happens on a screen or side by side on a walk.
Areas of Focus
Divorce, job loss, relocation, identity shifts, retirement, becoming a parent — major changes can shake your sense of self. Therapy can help you find stable ground and rediscover who you are on the other side.
Leaving or being harmed by a faith community can leave lasting emotional wounds. Whether you're deconstructing, processing past harm, or rebuilding your worldview, this is a judgment-free space for all of it.
Addiction is not a character flaw. Using evidence-based approaches, we explore what drives the behavior, develop healthier coping strategies, and support lasting, sustainable change at your pace.
From navigating relationships and identity to postpartum experiences, career pressure, and the weight of caregiving — women face unique stressors that deserve dedicated, nuanced support. This is a space where all of that is welcome.
How We Work Together
In Nature
Sometimes it's easier to open up when you're moving. Walk and talk sessions take place outdoors and offer a refreshing alternative to the traditional office setting — ideal for those who find stillness difficult or who simply feel more at ease in nature. Available in Burlingame, California.
From Anywhere
Secure, confidential video sessions from your home, office, or wherever you're most comfortable. Teletherapy removes the barriers of commute and scheduling, making consistent care more accessible — without sacrificing depth or quality of connection.
